You will receive a booking code ( PNR ) whose you have to take note and keep till the payment. In case of on-line booking you will be able to print the display with booking number, PNR code and all the travel details. Booking can be made till three hours before of departure. That booking is temporary valid till the confirmation which consist in the payment at any of Sisal points , that payment must be made two hours before of the departure and however within 24 hours of the booking time. At the Sisal point will be enough the show of booking code PNR: the operator will key the code on its own electronics terminal and will deliver to you a printing where you will double check the data. After you confirmation the operator will go ahead with the payment and finally you will receive the receipt of payment. Please keep the payment receipt because it must be shown at boarding staff at boarding time, this document is an evidence of your payment. Therefore that receipt must be kept very carefully. In case of loss, theft and damage of that receipt. be informed that the payment won’t be refunded or neither a new ticket. Sisal payment service doesn’t have any additional cost at the ticket price .
